Regional Plumber Directories Messaging Program

Program purpose

Regional Plumber Directories uses low-volume text messaging for requested listing-claim and account messages, separately requested qualified matched-lead alerts, customer-care replies, and separately consented directory promotions. The current program supports the Montco Plumbers Directory. Additional Bootstrap Bots directory sites may be added only after their consent flows are publicly available and use the same program rules.

Separate choices for each message type

Consent to a listing-claim text does not enroll a recipient in matched-lead alerts or promotional messages. Lead alerts and directory marketing each require their own unchecked web-form choice and affirmative consent. No consent is required to claim or maintain a factual listing or to purchase services.

This program does not include gotback.app or messages sent by listed contractors to their customers. We do not use purchased lists or third-party lead lists, and we do not share mobile opt-in data with third parties or affiliates for marketing.

How consent works

A business owner or authorized representative starts a listing claim by phone or by texting CLAIM to the published directory number.
The automated assistant identifies Regional Plumber Directories and Bootstrap Bots, LLC and explains the claim-message service.
The disclosure includes message frequency, carrier-rate notice, STOP/HELP instructions, and links to the Terms and Privacy Policy.
The person must give an explicit yes or reply YES before enrollment is confirmed.
On the secure claim form, the person may separately choose lead alerts and/or directory promotions; both choices are optional and unchecked.

If the caller declines, the numbers do not match, or verification cannot be completed, no automatic claim-link text is sent. The request may instead enter manual review.
