Regional Plumber Directories SMS Terms and Conditions

1. Program operator and scope

Bootstrap Bots, LLC operates the Regional Plumber Directories messaging program. It sends requested listing-claim and account messages, separately consented matched-lead alerts, customer-care replies, and separately consented directory promotions. Participating properties are Montco Plumbers, Bucks Plumbers, and Phila Plumbers.

2. Consent

A business owner or authorized representative may opt into claim messages by giving explicit verbal consent during a claim call or by texting CLAIM to the published directory number and then replying YES to the complete consent disclosure. Matched-lead alerts and directory promotions each require a separate, optional, unchecked choice on the secure claim form. The full disclosures appear on the SMS Consent page. Consent is not a condition of purchase, submitting a claim, or maintaining a factual directory listing.

3. Message types

• A secure, single-use listing-claim link that expires after three days
• A necessary listing-claim status or support response, when applicable
• Qualified matched-lead opportunity alerts for representatives who separately request them
• Directory features, listing enhancements, participation-plan offers, and special offers for representatives who separately request promotions
• Customer-care replies related to these directory programs

This program does not include gotback.app messages or messages sent by listed contractors to their customers.

4. Message frequency and fees

Usually one message is sent per approved claim-link request, with no more than three related messages for that request. Qualified matched-lead alerts vary with opportunities and plan limits, up to 25 per month. Directory promotions are limited to four per month. Customer-care frequency varies with the interaction. Message and data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

5. Opt out and help

Reply STOP to opt out at any time. STOP suppresses further messages from this directory sender unless you later complete a valid new opt-in. Reply HELP for help, visit the Opt-Out and Help page, or email [email protected].

6. Verification and claim review

Receiving a link does not prove ownership, approve a claim, or publish changes. Links are sent only after an business and phone verification, and every submitted change remains subject to independent review. We may limit repeated requests to protect businesses and the program from abuse.

7. Privacy

Mobile numbers and opt-in data are handled under the Regional Plumber Directories Messaging Privacy Policy. We do not sell them or share them with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes.

8. Changes

We may update these terms when the program changes. The revised effective date will appear on this page. Materially different messaging uses will require their own appropriate notice and consent.
