Regional Plumber Directories Terms of Use
Effective date: October 2, 2026
1. Program operator and scope
Bootstrap Bots, LLC operates Montco Plumbers, Bucks Plumbers, and Phila Plumbers. These terms govern use of those directories, their listing-claim and correction tools, and related informational content.
Business address: 206 Camp Hill Rd, Fort Washington, PA 19034
2. Informational directory
The directories organize reviewed public and business-provided information to help users find plumbing businesses. A listing is not an endorsement, guarantee, referral, warranty, or statement about the quality, availability, pricing, licensing, insurance, or suitability of a business. Users remain responsible for evaluating and selecting a contractor.
3. Listings, claims, and corrections
Businesses may request a free listing claim or submit a correction through the published claim channels. Receiving a claim link does not establish ownership or automatically publish a change. Bootstrap Bots may request supporting information, independently review submissions, reject unsupported changes, and limit repeated or abusive requests.
4. Accuracy and changes
We work to keep directory information useful and current, but public records and business information can change. We do not guarantee that every fact is complete, current, or error-free. Users and businesses may report corrections through the applicable directory.
5. Messaging
Calls and texts related to listing claims and other separately consented messaging are governed by the Regional Plumber Directories SMS Terms and Messaging Privacy Policy. Message and data rates may apply.
6. Third-party businesses and websites
Directory pages may link to independently operated businesses, agencies, utilities, and other websites. Bootstrap Bots does not control their content, availability, services, transactions, or privacy practices. Contacting or hiring a listed business creates a relationship between the user and that business, not with Bootstrap Bots.
7. Emergencies
The directories are not emergency dispatch services. For immediate threats to life, safety, or property, contact 911, the appropriate utility emergency line, or another qualified emergency service.
8. Acceptable use
Do not misuse the directories, attempt unauthorized access, submit false claim information, interfere with service operation, scrape protected claim data, or use the service in violation of law or another person's rights.
9. Limitation and updates
The directories are provided on an as-available basis. To the extent permitted by law, Bootstrap Bots is not responsible for losses arising from reliance on directory information, third-party services, or unavailable service. We may update these terms as the program changes; the effective date will appear on this page.
